Beatrice Ngozi Mbaocha
Founder & Executive Director
Beatrice Ngozi Mbaocha is the visionary founder of Golden Hope Foundation, leading the organization for over 18 years with unwavering dedication to women's health, education, and community empowerment.
A published author of "A Mother's Legacy" and "A Father's Blessing," Beatrice brings a deeply personal commitment to breaking cycles of poverty and restoring dignity to underserved communities in Chicago and globally.
Her leadership has driven the launch of flagship initiatives including the Period Dignity Bank — launched May 28, 2026 — and the PMOS Women's Health Research Grant, standing with the global community to ensure no woman suffers in silence or shame.

Dr. Edmund Okoli
Provides strategic leadership and oversight across Golden Hope Foundation's programs and operations, supporting the Executive Director in advancing the organization's mission.
Christian Emeka Ukachukwu
Manages organizational records, correspondence, and governance documentation — ensuring transparency and accountability across all foundation activities.
Blessing Egbulefu
Supports the Secretary in administrative coordination, meeting documentation, and internal communications across the foundation's councils and programs.
Favour Nwokoye
Provides direct executive support to the leadership team — coordinating schedules, communications, and day-to-day operations to keep the foundation running smoothly.

Janine Wilburn leads the Golden Hope Foundation Ambassadors Council, coordinating outreach and community engagement for both the Period Dignity Bank and the PMOS Women's Health Research initiatives. As Lead Ambassador, Janine is the driving force behind mobilizing volunteers, building partnerships, and ensuring that menstrual hygiene products and women's health resources reach the women and girls who need them most — with dignity, compassion, and zero shame.
Through her leadership, the Ambassadors Council bridges both flagship programs — standing with the global Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) movement and amplifying the PMOS research mission to transform women's health outcomes worldwide.
