Six programs. Three continents. One mission — keeping hope alive for women, children, and families worldwide.
Golden Hope Foundation stands with the global community in raising awareness for women's health — because no woman should suffer in silence or shame.
Launched May 28, 2026 — growing daily
No Girl Should Miss Out Because of Her Period.
Launched on May 28, 2026 — Menstrual Hygiene Day — the Period Dignity Bank is our flagship initiative providing free menstrual hygiene kits to women and girls facing period poverty in Chicago and globally. Period poverty ends here. We stand in solidarity with the worldwide Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) movement, advocating for dignity, access, and health for every woman and girl.
Advancing women's health science globally
Advancing Science for Women Who Have Been Left Behind
Golden Hope Foundation is proud to champion the PMOS (Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome) Research Grant Award — funding critical research into women's health conditions that disproportionately affect underserved communities globally. This flagship initiative bridges the gap between science and the women who need it most.
200+ youth served annually
Where Science Meets Imagination
Our annual STEAM Camp is a transformative multi-day experience that immerses youth in hands-on Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. Designed for students in grades 3–12, the camp bridges the gap between classroom learning and real-world innovation — culminating in our celebrated Annual International STEAM Bee Competition.
150+ children sponsored
One Sponsor. One Child. Endless Possibilities.
Education is the most powerful tool for breaking the cycle of poverty. Through our child sponsorship program, donors provide direct financial support for a child's school fees, uniforms, books, and supplies — giving them the foundation to build a better future.
3,000+ patients served across missions
Bringing Healthcare Where It's Needed Most
Our Medical Mission trips deploy volunteer healthcare professionals to underserved communities in Illinois and beyond. These short-term missions provide free medical screenings, consultations, medications, and health education to thousands of people who otherwise lack access to basic care. Through our Mobile Medication Bank — in partnership with Trident Ministries International — we also distribute vitamins, over-the-counter medications, and food pantry resources directly to families in need.
Hundreds of families fed every month
No Family Should Go to Bed Hungry
Food insecurity is a daily reality for thousands of families in underserved communities. Golden Hope Foundation's Food Pantry and Community Outreach initiative provides nutritious food, essential household supplies, and wraparound support to families, seniors, and individuals facing hunger. Through our Mobile Medication Bank partnership with Trident Ministries International, we also distribute vitamins, over-the-counter medications, and food pantry resources directly to families in need — meeting people where they are with dignity and compassion.
500+ backpacks distributed annually
Every Child Deserves to Start the Year Ready
Each year before the school year begins, Golden Hope Foundation hosts its Back to School Drive — distributing backpacks, notebooks, pencils, and essential supplies to children in underserved communities. No child should walk into a classroom unprepared.
Golden Hope Foundation stands with global movements that align with our mission of dignity, health, and equity for all.

We stand with the global movement to end period poverty and stigma. Through the Period Dignity Bank and MHM advocacy, Golden Hope Foundation ensures women and girls have the products, education, and dignity they deserve — everywhere.
